Client Listening Program
Client excellence is at the core of our business and plays an integral part to our success. In order to ensure we are delivering to our client expectations and we continually improve our offerings we make it a priority to listen to feedback provided by our clients, so last year we launched our Client Listening Programme.
At the end of each completed project we ask our clients for feedback across various aspects of our service delivery, continual reassessment of this feedback allows us to make improvements to our services that benefit clients in the long run.
