Alistair Sergeant - CEO

Alistair founded Purple with a vision to create a different way of providing an agnostic technology consultancy service into the mid-market. Alistair’s role as CEO is to focus on strategic leadership and growth within the business as well developing and managing client relationships so that they can benefit from his experience and knowledge.

He thrives on leading a fast growing business that is disruptive to typical consultancy practices as it empowers its clients with the information they need to make the decisions that others try to make for them and as a result has developed a solid reputation for customer excellence.

Paul Forrest - Chairman

Paul is an experienced business strategist and board advisor, he joined Purple’s board to help establish the platform for growth.

Paul has some twenty-five years’ experience of helping businesses to solve complex business problems, deliver their transformation goals and to achieve tangible strategic outcomes. Hands on and deep thinking, he has worked with many FTSE 100 clients, Global 500 businesses and major Government entities around the world.

Clare Bennett - Principal Consultant

Clare is Principal Consultant of Purple Management Consulting and has 20 years' experience in Technology. ​ Experienced c-suite consultant, enabling organisations to adapt to, controlling, and effect change. With core strength and experience in: strategy development, business development, strategic partnerships, portfolio, programme and project management, leadership and mentoring, and operational management..

She has experience in the delivery of business change and digital transformation programmes with a deep understanding of Purple’s products and services, enabling clients to leverage insights from a variety of sectors to achieve strategic outcomes.

Steve Green - Principal Consultant

Having worked with businesses of all shapes and sizes, from high-growth SME’s to FTSE 100 companies, Steve understands the challenges faced by senior management, whether that’s the Managing Director of an SME assessing the options for growing sales revenues or the CEO of a FTSE 250 company taking a critical look at organisational efficiency.

With spells at Lloyds Banking Group, C&G Building Society, PwC and Hamilton Bradshaw Venture Partners, in addition to significant experience gained growing SME’s within Marketing Services and later the Healthcare sector, Steve is a commercially aware business professional comfortable operating at any level.
